Terms of Business

These terms of business apply to all agreements and services delivered by Gearloose Konsulenthus, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Entering into an agreement

An agreement is considered made once both parties have accepted the scope, price, and terms of the task in writing. A quote is valid for 30 days from when it is sent, unless stated otherwise.

Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Danish kroner and exclude VAT, unless otherwise noted. Payment is due net 14 days from the invoice date. Late payment accrues interest in accordance with the Danish Interest Act.

Delivery

Delivery dates are agreed individually for each task. Gearloose Konsulenthus always aims to meet agreed schedules, but is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Liability

Gearloose Konsulenthus is liable under the general rules of Danish law. Our liability cannot, however, exceed the fee paid for the task in question, and we are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of operation and lost profit.

Cancellation and termination

For ongoing services, the agreement can be terminated with the agreed notice. Work already carried out and costs already incurred are invoiced up to the point the termination takes effect.

Disputes

Any dispute is settled under Danish law before the ordinary Danish courts.
